Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we have the following return policy:

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged or defective items received
  • Incorrect items shipped

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used fragrance products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at nzindus@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective
  4. Wait for return authorization before sending items back

Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at nzindus@hotmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
